Welwyn Hatfield Netball League are fully committed to safeguarding and protecting children and young people in Netball and to the principles set out in the Safeguarding Young People in Netball Policy. In order that your child can be photographed by a designated League Photographer or included in any photograph submitted to the league and approved by the committee for publicity purposes, Welwyn Hatfield Netball League needs for you to complete the consent form below.
Welwyn Hatfield Netball League will take steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended which is the promotion and celebration of the activities of Welwyn Hatfield Netball League. If you become aware that any images are being used inappropriately, you should contact the Registration & Welfare Officer immediately.
